Gameplay Designer generalist, with a passion for Systems, Encounters and gameplay-feel. Working closely with other departments to create a feature that feels interesting on its own and in the context of the wider game. With a particular passion for the implement -> feedback -> iterate loop of design work as I strongly believe it has helped bolster the drive for continuous improvement and leads to creative collaboration with my peers.

In addition to my design skills, I come with 9+ years industry background in Release Management and Functional & Compliance QA; which has given me a good, rounded overview of the whole end-to-end process of making games.
